FIUU FIUU Printing and Signs uses the information you provide to respond to inquiries, prepare quotes, communicate about projects and deliver requested services.

Information you share

Quote and contact forms may include your name, company, email, phone and project details. Assistant conversations may include messages and contact information you choose to provide. Please do not submit payment card details, passwords or other sensitive information in these forms or chats.

AI assistance and team support

Our assistant uses OpenAI to process messages and help with service selection. Conversations are also saved in FIUU’s workflow so the team can respond and follow up. AI guidance does not constitute an approved quote or production schedule. Do not share passwords, payment card data or unnecessary sensitive information.

Browser storage

The site uses browser storage to keep an anonymous chat identifier and resume your conversation on your device. When you choose “Use in quote,” a draft copy of the visible conversation stays in this browser tab so you can review it before submitting a request. Drafts are accepted for two hours and cleared after successful submission. “Forget chat on this device” removes local chat links; it does not delete records already stored by FIUU. Contact us to request record deletion. Shared devices may allow another person using that browser to resume a conversation.

Access and requests

To ask about your information, request a correction or request deletion, contact FIUU FIUU. We may retain records needed for active projects, transactions or applicable obligations.
